  • Google account information (email, profile name) when you sign in with Google
  • YouTube channel data and upload permissions when you connect your YouTube account

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and improve our AI video creation services
  • Process payments through our payment processor, Paddle
  • Send service updates and important notifications
  • Analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
  • Provide customer support

3. Google User Data

ReelsMakerAI accesses Google user data through Google OAuth and YouTube API Services. Our use of Google user data is limited and compliant with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3.1 What Google Data We Access

  • Your Google account email address and profile name (for authentication)
  • YouTube channel information and upload permissions (to publish videos on your behalf)

3.2 How We Use Google Data

We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the functionality of ReelsMakerAI:

  • Google account information is used only for authenticating your identity and logging you into our service
  • YouTube data and permissions are used only to upload videos you create with ReelsMakerAI directly to your YouTube channel at your request

We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements, and we do not use Google user data for any purpose other than providing or improving our application's user-facing features.

3.3 Sharing of Google Data

We do not sell, rent, or share your Google user data with any third parties, except in the following limited circumstances:

  • When required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • With your explicit consent
  • With service providers who process data on our behalf and are bound by contractual obligations to keep your data secure and confidential (e.g., cloud hosting infrastructure)

We do not transfer Google user data to any third party for their own purposes. No human can read your Google user data unless you provide explicit consent, it is necessary for security purposes, or it is required by law.

Important: ReelsMakerAI uses third-party AI services for content generation (listed in Section 3.5 below). Google user data is never sent to, processed by, or shared with any of these AI service providers. These services only receive user-created content such as text prompts and scripts.

3.4 Retention and Deletion of Google Data

We retain your Google user data only for as long as necessary to provide our services to you:

  • Google authentication tokens are stored securely and retained while your account is active
  • YouTube access tokens are stored only while your YouTube integration is connected
  • You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time from the integrations settings page, which will immediately delete all stored YouTube tokens and data
  • Upon account deletion, all Google user data associated with your account is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days

To request deletion of your Google user data, you can disconnect your integrations from your account settings or contact us at support@reelsmakerai.com.

3.5 Third-Party AI Services and Google Data

ReelsMakerAI uses the following third-party AI services to provide its video creation features. None of these services receive, process, or have access to any Google user data. They only process user-generated content (text prompts, scripts, and media) that users create within our platform.

  • OpenAI — Used for script generation (GPT-4o Mini) and text-to-speech voice generation (GPT-4o Mini TTS)
  • ElevenLabs — Used for premium text-to-speech voice generation
  • Google Cloud Text-to-Speech — Used for multilingual voice generation
  • Fal AI — Used for AI video generation
  • Runware — Used for AI image generation
  • Replicate — Used for AI image generation
  • Deepgram — Used for audio transcription and word-level timing for captions

Google user data (such as your email address, profile name, and YouTube authentication tokens) is strictly isolated from these AI services. It is used only within our authentication and YouTube publishing pipeline.

Google user data is not used for training AI or machine learning models by ReelsMakerAI or any of its third-party AI providers.

4. Data Security

ReelsMakerAI implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. All payment processing is handled securely by Paddle, ensuring your payment details are protected according to PCI DSS standards. Google user data is stored using encryption at rest and transmitted using secure HTTPS connections. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
